Mr. Wall joined MVG in 2004 and as a Development Director, is responsible for sourcing and managing retail development and acquisition opportunities in the Western region. Prior to joining MVG, Mr. Wall managed the Denver office of Homevestors of America, a residential real estate acquisitions and redevelopment company, where he was responsible for all acquisitions and construction projects. Prior to joining Homevestors, Mr. Wall worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in the Global Corporate Strategy group. Over his five year tenure working both domestically and internationally, Mr. Wall advised over 20 companies ranging from start up to Fortune 500 companies on corporate-level company strategy, mergers and acquisitions and organizational design. As an independent entrepreneur, Mr. Wall has personally bought and sold over $3M in real estate. During his tenure at MVG, Mr. Wall has originated and managed to completion $18M in ground up developments driven by national retail tenant relationships across eight markets. Mr. Wall holds a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.

Mr. Greene is a twenty-five year corporate real estate professional. He started his career with Cardinal Industries in Columbus, Ohio, was Vice President of Real Estate at the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and was a development manager in regional real estate departments for McDonald’s and Starbucks. Mr. Greene is responsible for the Dollar General account for MVG. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado.
