Jimmy Wall, Western Region

Mr. Wall joined MVG in 2004 and as a Development Director, is responsible for sourcing and managing retail development opportunities in the Western region. Prior to joining MVG, Mr. Wall managed the Denver office of Homevestors of America, a residential real estate acquisitions and redevelopment company, where he was responsible for all acquisitions and construction projects. Prior to joining Homevestors, Mr. Wall worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in the Global Corporate Strategy group. Over his five year tenure working both domestically and internationally, Mr. Wall advised over 20 companies ranging from start up to Fortune 500 companies on corporate-level company strategy, mergers and acquisitions and organizational design. Mr. Wall holds a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.

Tim Greene, Eastern Region

Mr. Greene is a twenty-five year corporate real estate professional. He started his career with Cardinal Industries in Columbus, Ohio, where he developed more than 40 multi-family residential communities. As an award-winning Real Estate Manager with McDonald's, he opened more than 20 restaurants and as a Development Manager for Starbucks, he opened 40 stores. Mr. Greene was Vice President of Real Estate for the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he had full functional responsibility for the real estate portfolio owned by the company: the portfolio included multi-family properties utilized as employee housing, vacant land used in operations or held for sale or self-development, a 232 acre single-family residential golf course development and two commercial properties owned by the resort. Mr. Greene has a Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado.
