Carolyn S. Powell, Esq., Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Powell is responsible for legal oversight and management of the company’s activities. Prior to joining MVG Development, she was Director of Legal Services for NUSS Professional Services Group, Inc., serving as Corporate Counsel for a group of companies specialized in transportation, aviation and third party logistics. Prior to that, she was in private practice in Boulder, Colorado, representing clients in corporate and real estate litigation. Her management background includes new store expansion, mergers and acquisitions and distribution management for Payless Shoesource as well as financial and revenue stream process management for Sprint PCS and international ATM development for American Express. Ms Powell has a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, a M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Colorado, the 10th Circuit Federal District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
